We didn’t start this farm as a business.
We started it because we didn’t trust what we were feeding our own families.
As first-generation farmers, we quickly realized that “quality beef” is easy to claim—but hard to verify. Feed sources vary, handling varies, and consistency is almost nonexistent unless you control it yourself.
So we decided to do exactly that.
A Controlled Operation
We built a small, controlled operation focused on doing things the right way—no shortcuts, no guessing, and no passing responsibility off to someone else.
Every animal we raise or feed out is managed with consistency in mind, from sourcing to finish.
How We Operate
Today, we maintain a core herd and carefully select additional steers to feed out so we can meet demand without sacrificing standards.
This allows us to stay hands-on while producing beef that is consistent, clean, and reliable every time.
We operate on leased land in partnership with a larger, established farm. That setup gives us the infrastructure and support to maintain high standards—while keeping our operation small enough to stay accountable.
Our Promise
We are not trying to be the biggest.
We are focused on being controlled, consistent, and worth the price.
If we wouldn’t feed it to our own family, we won’t sell it. It’s that simple.
